What it is
Medication management is the ongoing work of finding the right medication and the right dose for your situation — then adjusting it over time. At Sunshine it starts with a full hour: a complete history, a real conversation about what you’re experiencing, and a plan we build together.
Who it’s for
Adults and adolescents managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and related conditions — whether you’re starting medication for the first time or you’ve been on something that isn’t working.
What to expect
Your first visit is a full 60 minutes — no rushing. Follow-ups are 15 minutes when things are stable, longer when they’re not. No reflexive prescribing and no five-minute med checks; we adjust based on how you actually respond.

Covered by most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. We check your benefits before your first visit, so there are no surprise bills.
