Four services.

Most patients start with one. Many add another over time.

01

Medication management

Careful prescribing across the full range of psychiatric conditions.

First visits are a full hour. Follow-ups are 15 minutes when things are stable, longer when they’re not. No reflexive prescribing or five-minute med checks.

Who it’s for

Adults and adolescents who want a thoughtful prescriber.

Coverage

Covered by most insurance and Medicaid/Medicare.

02

Individual therapy

Talk therapy, in person or by telehealth.

Sessions are 45–50 minutes. We pull from evidence-based approaches — CBT, ACT, trauma work — and adapt to what you respond to. You don’t need a prescriber to see a therapist here.

Who it’s for

People who want to do the work alongside someone trained to help.

Coverage

Covered by most insurance and Medicaid/Medicare.

03

Ketamine-assisted therapy

A newer option for depression, anxiety, and PTSD that hasn’t responded to traditional care.

Sessions run about two hours: preparation, the medicine, then integration time with your provider. It’s not a first-line treatment. We screen carefully and treat in a clinical setting.

Who it’s for

Patients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or PTSD, after a screening.

Coverage

Out-of-pocket. Not covered by insurance.

04

Substance use treatment (MAT)

Medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder, with counseling.

MAT pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling. We treat substance use as a medical condition. No judgment, just care.

Who it’s for

Adults with opioid or alcohol use disorder.

Coverage

Most plans cover both medication and counseling.

Your first visit.

First visits can feel like a lot. Here’s how we run them.

  1. 01

Call us, or email if you’d rather.

A real person picks up. We’ll ask a few questions and help you figure out which provider is the right fit.

  2. 02

    We check your insurance first.

No surprise bills. If we’re not in your network, we’ll tell you up front.

  3. 03

Your first appointment is a full hour.

Bring a list of current medications and any records you’d like us to see. You don’t need to have your story polished.

  4. 04

    You leave with a plan.

A plan made with you, not for you. Includes next steps and when to come back.

In-network with most plans.

BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, plus various forms of Medicaid and Medicare.

A few services are out-of-pocket: ketamine, medical marijuana certification, med spa, and weight loss medications.
